Solutions To Problems

Junk Munkiez provides one service, a solution to a problem!

As we live our lives we collect stuff. At one moment in time we may believe many of the items we acquire are essential for life or will finally bring us happiness. Unfortunately though, it's much like the Leprechaun's treasure at the end of every rainbow, you'll finally be rewarded that treasure or happiness if you can simply reach it... but you won't.

We buy items thinking it's making us happy when in reality it's the release of the craving for that object. Sure enough, this urge is back very soon and the seek to satisfy that craving returns. Before you know it, you have a pile of junk growing in your garage, basement, and spare bedroom.

Don't worry, you're not alone. It happens to pretty much all of us. No seriously, we see it everyday! Marketing specialists rely on this human behavior. Heck, this article is a form of advertising technically.

Enough of the depressing talk though! You're here to read about how we can solve your problem of having too much junk.

Junk Munkiez has proven countless times that we have what it takes to get rid of your junk problem. Read our reviews on Google and Facebook to see what other Eugene, Oregon and surrounding area residents are saying about us.

It doesn't matter if it's furniture, appliances, kitchenware, clothes, or even just plain trash. We can remove and haul it! The only items we can't take is the stuff that'll give you a hernia if you try to lift it and the really dangerous stuff. Like stuff that goes boom or melts your lungs if inhaled.

Most of our customers have been residential with about 600 pounds of debris on average but we've even catered to commercial customers as well who've had much more to take care of. Eugene isn't the only city in Oregon we service too. We've been to Springfield, Corvallis, Florence, Newport, Depoe Bay, Cottage Grove, Creswell, Salem, and the list goes on.

The process is simple. You call, text, or email us to set up an appointment to conduct an estimate. Once there we determine the price by measuring out the volume(or space) of the debris to be removed and determine the labor intensity of the job (weight of the material, stairs or no stairs, debris entangled in brush, etc.). Lastly, if the cost fits within your budget then we can usually get started right then. If not, you can simply decline and it'll be free of charge (free estimates do not apply to areas outside of Eugene and Springfield).

Don't worry about your once treasured item being tossed into the landfill either. We do our best to donate and recycle items that are reusable or recyclable. We currently recycle/donate on average 39.5%

So, the next time you're stressing about that junk problem, remember us. We're committed and look forward to solving it for you!

Junk Munkiez Vision

By now, many Eugene and Springfield, Oregon residents are beginning to understand who we are and what we do. We've been hauling customers' junk to donation, recycling, and to the Lane county dump facilities since June of 2016. We started out very small. We only had one old 1998 Penske moving box van. That had been bought and used by other companies and eventually to a private owner. We bought it from a lady that lived in a tiny town just a few miles North East of Lincoln City called Otis, Oregon. We found her listing on Craigslist and payed her $2,100 to take it off her hands. It wasn't in the best of shape, it had over 297,000 miles, and had some repairs it needed before it was street legal. After spending about $800 to get it up to par we were excited to get to work! Only problem, no one knew who we were! With no experience in business management, marketing, and everything else in between we struggled to find work in the beginning.  The Hatcher brothers and Derek...
